Motorcycles are a confirmed vehicle class in Grand Theft Auto VI, with two-wheelers appearing throughout both of Rockstar's official trailers. The Maibatsu Sanchez dirt bike is the most prominently featured motorcycle so far, shown both in the hands of a gang known as the Dirt Bike Dirt Bags in Trailer 1 and in a front-suspension chase scene in Trailer 2. Motorcycles also tie directly into the biker-gang storylines hinted at in Rockstar's character bios for Leonida.
Overview
Motorcycles offer a faster, more agile alternative to cars at the cost of vulnerability. In Grand Theft Auto VI, the class appears poised to serve several gameplay roles: criminal gang transport, off-road traversal in swamps and rural areas, and high-speed urban chase vehicles along Vice City's causeways. Outlaw motorcycle clubs are built into the story itself, giving two-wheelers a clear narrative footprint.
Motorcycles in Grand Theft Auto VI carry fictional brands rather than real-world badges. Manufacturers named on bikes in official material include Maibatsu, Principe and Dinka, and the Vehicles page lists Western and Nagasaki models identified in trailers and screenshots. Rockstar has not published a full motorcycle roster, so only models identified in official material should be treated as confirmed.
Confirmed Models
The only motorcycle name to appear in both trailers is the Maibatsu Sanchez. Other bikes have been glimpsed in background shots, but their specific names and manufacturers have not been confirmed by Rockstar.

Model | Type | Source |
|---|---|---|
Principe Alvino V1 | Sport bike | Official Jason Duval character art |
Off-road dirt bike | Trailer 1 (1:06, Dirt Bike Dirt Bags scene) and Trailer 2 | |
Unidentified cruiser | Cruiser (low seat, extended fork) | Trailer 2, parked near a roadside bar |
Unidentified off-road bike | Off-road (knobby tires, exposed suspension) | Trailer 2, mid-jump chase sequence |
Dinka Enduro | Motorcycle (Army fatigue-tinged finish) | Ultimate Edition storefront copy, listed as one of Jason's safehouse vehicles |
Maibatsu Sanchez
The Sanchez is a lightweight off-road motorcycle built for speed, agility, and rough-terrain dominance. Rockstar's first trailer used the Sanchez prominently during the Dirt Bike Dirt Bags sequence at about the 1:06 mark, where a group of roughly four riders operates Sanchez bikes down a Vice City street. The second trailer returned to the model for a high-speed action beat, with one bike shown sporting a fully built front suspension system. The design of the GTA VI Sanchez draws visual cues from real-world dirt bikes including the Yamaha YZ450F, the Kawasaki KX450F, and the Honda CRF450X. Its established role across both trailers makes it the defining motorcycle of the game's pre-release marketing.
Principe Alvino V1
Rockstar's official character art for Jason Duval shows him standing beside a green sport bike, and the bodywork carries two legible badges: PRINCIPE on the tank shroud and ALVINO V1 on the side fairing. The bike wears a large number 76 in a white racing panel along the lower fairing, has a stepped sport-touring seat, a tall mirror stalk, and a sharply angled LED headlight cluster. Principe is a fictional manufacturer, and the Alvino V1 is the first Principe model whose full name is readable in official Grand Theft Auto VI material.
The art places the bike in a coastal setting with palms and bright daylight, consistent with Vice City. Rockstar has published no performance figures, price, or customisation details for it, and it has not been shown in motion in either trailer.
Dinka Enduro
The Dinka Enduro is named in the Ultimate Edition storefront copy, which lists an Army fatigue-tinged Enduro alongside a Crest Kayak as Jason's safehouse vehicles. It is edition bonus content rather than a model shown in the trailers, and Rockstar has not published its specifications. See Pre-Order and Editions for the full edition contents.
Gameplay Role
Based on the trailer footage released so far, motorcycles in Grand Theft Auto VI fill several roles:
Weaving traffic and narrow alley escapes where four-wheel vehicles cannot fit.
Off-road traversal across the swamps, wetlands, and dirt paths of Grassrivers and Ambrosia County, regions shown repeatedly in Trailer 2.
High-speed pursuits on the highways linking Vice City to outlying towns like Port Gellhorn.
Gang-affiliated transport, with the Dirt Bike Dirt Bags in the first trailer and the biker-club storyline built around the Final Chapter MC.
Rockstar has not detailed how motorcycles handle. On a bike, a rider trades the protection of a car body for speed and agility, so players using motorcycles in heists or chases have to weigh speed against survivability.
Biker Culture and the Final Chapter MC
Motorcycles are not just background vehicles in GTA VI; they are tied directly into the faction map. The Final Chapter MC is a Leonida-based outlaw motorcycle club that operates out of Ambrosia County, where Rockstar's descriptions note that the club maintains near-total control over the area. This makes the motorcycle class a natural vehicle for players interacting with or opposing the MC during the story.
Beyond the MC, the Dirt Bike Dirt Bags from Trailer 1 suggest that less formal motorcycle-centric crews exist in Vice City itself. This mirrors the real-world phenomenon of dirt-bike ride-outs in South Florida cities and adds a street-culture dimension to the game's two-wheeler lineup alongside the organized biker club. For a wider look at how the MC fits into Leonida's criminal ecosystem, see motorcycle clubs.
Setting and Usage Notes
Trailer 2 showed motorcycles in a wide range of environments, from dense urban streets in Vice City to unpaved trails in rural Leonida. At least one Sanchez is shown with ray-traced highlights running along its fuel tank. Dirt biking and scooter riding are also among the free-roam activities shown in the Extended Look.
Protagonist Jason Duval and co-protagonist Lucia Caminos have not been shown riding a motorcycle in either trailer, although Rockstar's official character art poses Jason beside a Principe Alvino V1. Both trailers framed bikes as NPC vehicles: rival gang members, random traffic, or an off-screen pursuer in the Trailer 2 jump stunt. Whether Jason or Lucia personally rides a bike during the main story is not yet confirmed.
Tips and Notes
Beyond the Sanchez and the Alvino V1, the only motorcycle named in official material is the Dinka Enduro from the Ultimate Edition storefront copy. Other models listed on the Vehicles page are visual identifications, and any further model should be treated as a prediction until Rockstar publishes an official vehicle list.
Off-road bikes are likely to shine in the Mount Kalaga area and the Grassrivers wetlands where paved roads give way to trails.
Cruiser-style bikes spotted in Trailer 2 resemble Harley-Davidson designs. Their specific names for Grand Theft Auto VI have not been announced.
Additional motorcycle details will be confirmed closer to the November 19, 2026 launch.
