Vice City - The main city, based on Miami. Beaches, neon lights, and urban sprawl.

Grassrivers - Wetlands based on the Everglades.

Leonida Keys - An island chain based on the Florida Keys.

Ambrosia - Another location in the state.

Mount Kalaga National Park - A nature preserve.

Port Gellhorn - A port city.

Culture

The game satirizes 2020s American culture, especially Florida:

- Social media and its effects on society

- Influencer culture and online fame

- Florida Man stories

- Modern police with body cameras

Locations

Vice City is the main urban area. It has beaches, a downtown with high-rises, suburbs, entertainment districts, and criminal underworld locations.

History in the Series

Vice City appeared before in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002) and GTA: Vice City Stories (2006), both set in the 1980s. GTA VI brings it to the modern day with an expanded map.
