Jason Duval is one of the two main characters in Grand Theft Auto VI, alongside Lucia Caminos.

Background

Jason grew up around grifters and crooks. He tried to leave that life behind by joining the army, but it didn't work out.

Now he works for drug runners in Leonida as an enforcer, operating under Brian Heder, an experienced drug runner who's managed to survive longer than most.

Personality

Jason wants an easy life, but it keeps slipping away from him. His time in the military and return to crime suggest someone stuck between different worlds, looking for something better even as circumstances pull him deeper into the underworld.

Brian Heder

Brian Heder acts as a mentor to Jason. He's an old man in a profession where men die young, with years of experience running drugs in Leonida. Brian oversees a network of criminals while keeping his own hands relatively clean, using people like Jason to handle the dangerous work.

Relationship with Lucia

Jason partners up with Lucia Caminos after she gets out of prison. Together they run criminal operations in Leonida, with their relationship becoming central to the game's story.

Role in Story

When a job goes wrong, Jason and Lucia get caught in a conspiracy across Leonida. Jason has to work with Lucia to survive and figure out what's really going on.
