The PC version of FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE sells through Steam and the Microsoft Store on Windows. The Steam listing publishes the requirements below; both tiers call for a 64-bit processor and operating system, and Windows is the only supported OS, with no macOS or Linux build. The hardware bar is low: the same GeForce GTX 1650 appears in both tiers, with the graphics preset and framerate target doing the scaling between them.

DRM and Platform Features
The Steam version ships with Denuvo Anti-tamper DRM. The game is single-player and offers full controller support. Steam features listed for the title cover Steam Achievements, Steam Trading Cards, Steam Cloud, and Family Sharing; no demo is listed. The store page also tags several accessibility categories, including a keyboard-only option and play without timed input.
Steam Deck
The game was rated Steam Deck Verified on July 13, 2026, and carries the equivalent verified rating for SteamOS and for Steam Machine. Valve's published test results record that the default controller configuration is fully functional, controller glyphs match the device, interface text is legible, and the default configuration performs well.
Two caveats are recorded alongside the rating:
First-time setup requires an active internet connection.
External controllers are not supported for the primary player.
A Verified rating on a handheld is a reasonable signal for the desktop requirements above, since the Deck sits below the recommended specification. Square Enix has not published separate performance targets for any console version.
