The capital

Bowerstone is the capital city of Albion. It has appeared in every mainline Fable game. In this reboot, it is described as larger and more lively than in previous entries.

What is there

Confirmed landmarks and areas in Bowerstone:

• Fairfax Castle -- A large castle that dominates the skyline.

• The Heroes' Guild -- Where Humphry trains the player.

• The Old Clock Tower -- A landmark visible from around the city.

Bowerstone is the main hub city. It is the place where you find shops, quest-givers, and the largest concentration of NPCs. The city has streets, alleys, a market area, and residential districts.

In earlier games

In the original Fable, Bowerstone was split into Bowerstone North (wealthy) and Bowerstone South (working class). Fable 2 expanded it with an Old Town, Market, and Industrial districts. Fable 3 added a castle area. The reboot rebuilds the city from scratch but keeps the name and general role as Albion's center of power.
