Ruin Kobold Trooper

Ruin Kobold Troopers are confirmed enemies on Floor 1 of Aincrad in Echoes of Aincrad. They appear at around level 6 and wield axes, which gives them heavier single-hit threat than the lighter Kobold Sentinels.

Role

As an axe-wielding humanoid, the Ruin Kobold Trooper is designed as a harder trash encounter than Kobold Sentinels. Their swings commit and telegraph, which is the window the player's dodge and parry kit is supposed to exploit. They serve as training for the moveset of the Floor 1 boss, Illfang the Kobold Lord.
