Official Profile

The official profile describes Klein as a compassionate swordsman who has partied up with some old friends, and says that a strange twist of fate brings him and the protagonist together. His line on the official roster is a cheerful remark about catching the scent of adventure and treasure.

Role in the Game

Klein is listed on the partner roster covered on the NPC Companions page, which is where to check when he becomes available. He is one of three sword users on the official character roster, alongside Iori and Kirito, so the practical differences between them come from their partner skills rather than their weapon. Those skills are listed on the Combination Skills and Support Skills page.
