Created the system requirements page with the published minimum and recommended PC specifications and the DRM note
The PC version of DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Withered World is sold on Steam and on the Microsoft Store on Windows. The specifications below are the ones published on the Steam listing. Both tiers require a 64-bit processor and operating system.

The Steam release incorporates Denuvo Anti-tamper and requires agreement to a game-specific end user license agreement
