Overview

Valtus is a Vendor in Crimson Desert. The research director of Urdavah. Urdavah developed astrology by studying the skies where the dragons they worship fly. Valtus insisted that keeping up would require research in other fields as well. Since then, windmills and generators have appeared, and the face of Urdavah has begun to change.
