The Ennobled of Hernand is the closing beat of the Nemesis' Demise thread inside the Flame Melting the Chains series. It fires after the related Bleed Bandits strongholds (including Fort Warspike and Oakenshield Manor) have been dismantled and the lord of Hernand decides to reward Kliff publicly.
The completion sequence triggers at Oakenshield Manor. After speaking with the Marquis Serkis and handing over the final Bleed Bandit evidence, a short cutscene plays in which Kliff is granted honorary title within Hernand. The in-game flavour line "Recognized for the notable achievement, Hernand granted ennoblement" marks the quest as complete.
Finish the preceding Flame Melting the Chains quests that dismantle Bleed Bandit operations around Hernand.
Return to Oakenshield Manor with the credit for defeating the Bleed Bandit boss at Fort Warspike.
Speak with the local noble and watch the ennoblement cutscene play out.
Collect the +400 Hernandian reputation reward and the unlocked follow-up dialogue lines.
Finish the other Flame Melting the Chains objectives first. The ceremony will not fire until the Bleed Bandit threat is fully neutralised around Hernand.
The +400 Hernandian reputation boost is one of the largest single-quest rewards in the series. If you are pushing the reputation-gated vendors in Hernand, save this quest for a stretch where you actually need the tier unlock.
