Stone Giant is a faction quest in Crimson Desert, part of the Scholastone Institute quest series. This quest takes place in the Hernand region.

Completion

The strange rock monster and Bleed Bandits in the Southern Quarry were defeated. The threat looming over the quarry finally vanished.

Lithus the Cube Walker

The quest centres on Lithus, the Cube Walker, a massive stone construct causing the Bleed Bandits to retreat from the Southern Quarry in Hernand. Stone Giant is part of the House Felix faction quests and sits under the Shackle-Breaking Hammer chapter.

Step by Step Walkthrough

1. Fast travel to Hernand and pick up the quest marker at the Southern Quarry approach.

2. Fight through the Bleed Bandits around the quarry entrance.

3. Engage and defeat Lithus, the Cube Walker. Target its rune-engraved joints and keep moving between cube slams.

4. Collect the Rune-Engraved Rock it drops and open the artifact chest that spawns after the fight.

5. Clear any remaining enemies around the Southern Quarry to trigger the liberation tick.

6. Report back to Lithus's quest giver to hand in and collect reputation.

Boss Strategy

• Lithus telegraphs every slam with a heavy wind-up. Dodge laterally; iframing through the slam is safer than trying to block it.

• The small Bleed Bandit adds respawn during the fight, so keep at least one heal ready before the construct drops below 30 percent HP.

• The dropped Rune-Engraved Rock is a material used by later Scholastone Institute research, so do not sell it.
