The St. Halssius Visitor Pass can be purchased from a merchant at the Church of Hernand, located on the eastern side of Hernand city. Visit the church and speak with the merchant to buy the pass.
The pass grants entry to St. Halssius's House of Healing, a medical facility near Hernand. This is the primary objective during the Familiar Curses quest in Chapter 3, which involves investigating the House of Healing.

Disguise: Purchase a full outfit from an NPC near the area for roughly 20 Silver. Equip the entire disguise set to enter undetected.
Stealth: Climb over the rooftops and sneak through the grass past the guards. Civilians spotting Kliff is fine; only enemy guards must be avoided. Stay crouched to remain hidden.
