Overview

Spirit's Judgment is a Unique Abyss Gear in Crimson Desert that commands a spectral knight to strike down enemies. Unlike passive abyss gears that trigger automatically, Spirit's Judgment is an active skill gear that must be manually activated. When triggered, a ghostly warrior appears and delivers a powerful strike to the targeted enemy.

Spirit's Judgment is valued in melee builds for the additional burst damage it provides, as the spectral knight's strike supplements the player's own attacks.

Spirit's Judgment can be crafted at any Witch NPC. The recipe requires:

Gear Blueprint

A Gear Blueprint: Spirit's Judgment can be found in the world. Once obtained, the blueprint allows crafting at a Witch without needing to discover the recipe through other means.

Other Sources

• Sealed Abyss Artifacts may drop Spirit's Judgment as a reward.

• Enemy drops from certain Abyss-related encounters.

Mechanics

• Spirit's Judgment is activated by pressing the Skill 6 input while in combat.

• Each activation consumes a portion of the player's stamina pool.

• The player must have Sword Mastery I at Level 2 or higher to use this gear.

• The spectral knight strikes the player's current target or nearest enemy.

• There is a short cooldown between activations to prevent rapid spam.

Build Synergies

Spirit's Judgment works well in aggressive melee builds that focus on sustained engagement with enemies.

• Turning Slash builds: Spirit's Judgment adds burst damage between Turning Slash combos, filling gaps in the attack rotation.

• Crow's Pursuit: Both gears add supplementary damage sources. Crow's Pursuit sends tracking crows while Spirit's Judgment summons a spectral knight, creating multiple damage layers.

• Shadow Claw: Shadow Claw buffs right-click attacks at the cost of stamina, which pairs well with Spirit's Judgment's active nature.

• Graciel Halen: Buffs Turning Slash damage at the cost of additional spirit, synergizing with the active, resource-intensive playstyle.

Tips

• Since Spirit's Judgment consumes stamina, invest in Stamina on the skill tree and consider using Attack Speed rings that also provide stamina regeneration.

• Pair with food items that restore both health and spirit to sustain resource-hungry builds.

• The spectral knight's attack can sometimes stagger enemies, creating openings for follow-up combos.

• Consider using elemental resistance Cloaks (Level 5+) in biome-specific areas to avoid stamina drain debuffs that cut into Spirit's Judgment's activation cost.
