Secure Resources is a faction quest in Crimson Desert, part of the Record of the Greymanes quest series. This quest takes place in the Hernand region.

Timber and stone were secured through logging and quarry missions.
Check the faction quest board regularly, as available quests rotate over time.
Completing faction quests increases your reputation with the local faction, unlocking access to better vendors and rewards.
Secure Resources is a dispatch-only quest in the Embers of Return thread. It fires after A Rumor at Glenbright Farm and asks you to gather timber and stone to expand the Greymane Camp. Despite the name, you do not chop trees or mine rocks yourself; the quest is resolved entirely through the Freesword dispatch menu.
Complete A Rumor at Glenbright Farm to open Secure Resources.
For Karin Quarry access: liberate the quarry by defeating the Excavatron and complete the Estate in Dismay questline for House Roberts. Until House Roberts is allied, the quarry does not appear as a dispatch location.
Open the world map and click on Timberham Sawmill (north of the Greymane Camp).
Select Task List and send a Basic Logging mission. Assign recruited Greymanes as the dispatch party.
Open the map and click on Karin Quarry.
Select Task List and send a Simple Mining mission.
Wait for both missions to complete. This is typically done by the next in-game day.
Return to Marius at Howling Hill to close the quest.
Camp influence points and the unlock of further Embers of Return follow-ups including Luke's Request and the wider The Unyielding Shields thread.
Stack this dispatch with other Freesword missions. The dispatch timer runs in real time regardless, so you can be running something else while it ticks.
If the Karin Quarry step does not appear, back out and finish Estate in Dismay first. The quest will not recognise the dispatch until the House Roberts alliance is in place.
