Royal Traders are specialized vendor NPCs in Crimson Desert who buy specific Packaged Goods at marked-up prices on behalf of each kingdom's royal court. Running routes to Royal Traders is one of the most profitable sustainable income sources in the game for players who enjoy trade play.

The Four Royal Courts

How it Works

1. Package your goods via Carl at the Greymane Camp (100 Copper per item).

2. Load 25 or more of a single packaged good into the wagon retrieved from Brice.

3. Check the current request list at each royal court.

4. Deliver matching packaged goods in bulk.

5. Repeat the loop: gather, package, deliver, repeat.

Common Royal Requests

• Ceremonial swords and ceremonial armor

• Calligraphic paintings and other courtly art

• Jade, ivory, and other luxury goods

Requested items rotate over time. Refresh the list at each court before committing to a long delivery run.

Trade Challenge

Delivering at least one order to all four royal courts contributes to the Trade Challenge, which rewards exploration credit and is tracked under the Challenges menu. Rotate deliveries across Hernandian, Demenissian, Varnian, and Delesyian courts to close it out.

Travel Use

Royal Traders are most relevant when planning movement, hauling, or group travel. The seat count, stamina, movement, and handling rows show whether it fits solo exploration, passenger transport, or supply movement better than a faster single-rider mount.
