Rapiers are one-handed pierce weapons that scale with Precision, making them the primary melee option for Precision-focused builds. They excel in 1v1 fights and can pair with an off-hand pistol.

Rapier of Devastation breaks the usual Precision scaling pattern and scales with Agility instead. If you already have a standard Precision build for the Rapier of a Thousand Cuts, the Devastation requires a separate build investment. Do not respec mid-run to switch between the two unless your build supports both attributes.
