Queen of the Silkspun Citadel is a quest in Crimson Desert that leads Kliff into Arboria Castle in northern Hernand to defeat the Queen Spider, the monstrous matriarch who has webbed the castle's abandoned elixir factory into her "citadel." The quest is part of the House Celeste / House Serkis faction questline and unlocks after progressing most of the House Alfonso and House Serkis chains.

Arboria Castle in northern Hernand was once an operating elixir factory. After falling to ruin it was claimed by the Queen Spider, who webbed the entire complex into a nest. The area is known as the Silkspun Citadel in local sources because of the dense webbing that now coats the interior. Clearing the boss is tied to the Restarting the Elixir Factory storyline.
Progress through the House Alfonso and House Serkis questlines until the Silkspun Citadel quest line opens.
Travel to Arboria Castle in northern Hernand.
Work through the Arboria Castle strongbox and elixir-factory puzzles on the way to the throne room.
Fight the Queen Spider.
The Queen Spider is a poison-heavy fight. Her signature attack pattern throws out poison projectiles that chain-damage the player if they connect. The cleanest counter is Nature's Retribution (the upgrade that requires Nature's Snare at Level 2), which deflects her poison projectiles straight back at her and interrupts her patterns.
Open with ranged pressure while she is stationary so you can bait her projectile barrage.
Deflect with Nature's Retribution; the reflected volleys stagger her and open melee windows.
Close in and punish with heavy combos; stab attacks benefit from the Queen's Fangs core after you loot her drops.
Clear web nests between phases so the arena is not choked with adds.

Abyss Artifacts drop on clear
After the Queen Spider is defeated, Arboria Castle opens as a Greymane Dispatch destination, earning passive income and Bond progression for the comrades sent there.
