The House of Healing (St. Halssius's House of Healing) can be accessed through three methods: sneaking in via the rooftop, bribing a guard for a disguise (10 silver), or purchasing a Visitor Pass from the Church of Hernand confessional (10 silver).
Side quests in Crimson Desert are not missable and can be returned to even across chapters.

A bridge was built at St. Halssius's House of Healing.
The Hernand Request is offered by the merchant Vasyle, who stands on the southern outskirts of St. Halssius's House of Healing. The journal prompt "Find the person in need of your help" must appear before Vasyle will give you the task.
Travel to the southern outskirts of St. Halssius's House of Healing and speak with merchant Vasyle.
Open the Mission Dispatch menu and select the bridge-construction job.
Assign a Freesword with at least one Construction-skilled comrade and send the dispatch.
Wait for the timer to run down. Run other activities, sleep, or fast travel to push in-game time forward.
Return to Vasyle near the newly built bridge to finish the quest.
This dispatch is a prerequisite step for easier entry to the House of Healing. Running it early shortens later Familiar Curses investigation trips.
The quest chain begins before the Wolf Protecting Hernand dispatch. Stack both together so your single camp dispatch rotation covers both requests.
