Patch 1.04.02
April 29, 2026 at 03:13 PM
Initial version (2026-04-29)
Patch 1.04.02 is a follow-up update to Patch 1.04.00 that opens a new Greymane Contribution shop, stabilizes furniture placement across camp expansions and relocations, and bundles a small set of cutscene-speed and UI fixes. The patch is primarily a quality-of-life rather than content release, but the contribution shop is the first new dedicated outlet for Greymane Contribution points since launch.
The Greymane Contribution Officer at Greymane Camp now runs a dedicated contribution-point storefront. The shop sits in the same dialogue flow as the existing donation and lost-item-recovery options, so no separate interaction is required; selecting the shop tab opens the new stock list. Payment is in Greymane Contribution points rather than silver, and items can be resold to the same officer at the same point cost they were purchased for.
Stocked items at launch:
Item | Slot | Cost | Resell Value |
|---|---|---|---|
Greymane Cloth Armor | Chest | 6 Greymane Contribution points | 6 Greymane Contribution points |
Greymane Cloak | Cloak | 7 Greymane Contribution points | 7 Greymane Contribution points |
The head, gloves, and boots slots of the Greymane outfit line are not yet stocked. Pearl Abyss flagged the remaining pieces as a future addition rather than an unlock gated behind vendor trust.
Contribution points come from repeatable Dispatch Missions runs at the camp; the new shop is the first dedicated way to spend an accumulated contribution stockpile.
Maxing trust with the officer does not currently surface hidden stock; the only items available are the two listed above.
Furniture placed in the player's house at Greymane Camp is no longer wiped when the camp is expanded. Items remain in place after construction finishes and can still be retrieved if the house layout is changed in Housing and Farming mode.
When the camp relocates to Pailune, any furniture previously placed in the original house travels with the move and is re-stocked in the new residence. Players no longer have to re-place every piece manually after a relocation cutscene.
The new Select House feature added in 1.04 carries the same furniture-persistence guarantee. Switching layouts preserves placed items and stash contents.
A small set of cutscene-speed and UI corrections also ship with this update:
Fixed a guard for the no-death-during-cutscene rule that had occasionally failed, allowing players to die in scripted moments where the game was supposed to keep them safe.
Minor cutscene-speed corrections on the fast-forward feature in standard dialogue scenes.
Several small UI alignment tweaks that landed alongside the contribution shop UI.
