Packaged Goods
April 21, 2026 at 10:52 PM
Initial version (2026-04-22): Packaged Goods trade-run guide.
Packaged Goods are trade items in Crimson Desert that have been prepared for bulk transport. Only packaged goods can be loaded into a wagon and sold in stacks to a Trading Post. The packaging workflow is a key profit loop that pairs with Camp Expansion and regional trade runs.
Gather or produce trade goods (gathering nodes, camp production, looting).
Return to the Greymane Camp and speak with Carl, the Provisions Keeper. He packages individual items for 100 Copper each.
Speak with Brice to retrieve the wagon.
Load 25 or more of a packaged item into the wagon. Trading Posts and Royal Traders require this minimum per transaction.
Drive to a Trading Post or Royal Trader and sell in bulk.

Trade Managers at Trading Posts and Merchant Guilds across Pywel. Each regional market has different preferences.
Royal Traders buy specific packaged items at marked-up prices on behalf of each kingdom's royal court.
Higher-value goods travel farther for bigger margins. Local routes are safer; long routes pay better but risk wagon ambushes.
Check each royal court's current request list to see which packaged goods earn bonus prices.
Keep a reserve of coin for Carl's packaging fees and for wagon repair after caravan ambushes.
