Overview

Mushrooms Growing Among Poisons is a Demeniss Commission side quest in Crimson Desert. The quest unlocks when you pass by the Coalvale Workshop in Unicorn Cliff, part of the Demeniss region. It involves finding mushrooms in an area filled with poisonous fungi, including the rare Mystical Pine Mushroom.

How to Unlock

Simply pass by the Coalvale Workshop in Unicorn Cliff within the Demeniss region. The quest will appear in your faction quest journal.

This quest is connected to the Young Monk's Request quest, which tasks you with finding a rare Mystical Pine Mushroom inside Porin Cave (also called Pororin Cave) in the Pororin Forest area of Hernand.

Inside the cave, you will encounter poison mushrooms that release spores causing your character to repeatedly fall asleep. When this happens, use the Awaken prompt to wake up and then immediately dodge to avoid being put back to sleep. Navigate through the cave carefully, collecting Pine Mushrooms along the way, until you reach the Mystical Pine Mushroom deeper inside.

Tips

• Keep pressing the Awaken prompt and use dodge rolls to move through poisonous areas quickly.

• Pine Mushrooms gathered during this quest can be used in alchemy recipes.

• The Mystical Pine Mushroom is a rare ingredient; this quest is one of the most reliable ways to obtain one.
