Echoing Tunnel is a cave hidden behind a waterfall near the Precipice of Echoes in the Hernand region. Upon entering, the sound of dripping water and footsteps strike the walls and ceiling, rebounding from every direction. The layered echoes create a strange energy that makes the space feel reactive to movement.
The tunnel contains the Dark Ringleader's Cloth Cloak, one of the four pieces of the Dark Ringleader's armor set.

The Dark Ringleader's Cloth Cloak provides Ice Resistance Lv. 3, which is the highest single-piece ice resistance bonus in the Dark Ringleader's set. This makes it a valuable pickup before venturing into areas with ice-element enemies or exploring the colder northern reaches of Pywel. While the 1 DEF stat is low, the cloak's value lies entirely in its strong elemental protection.
Locate the Precipice of Echoes landmark in the Hernand region. The cave entrance is behind a waterfall near Fort Perwin, to the right of the precipice. A small stone cairn marks the correct waterfall.
The waterfall's pressure is too strong to walk through directly. Use the Stab technique (RB + Y on controller, or Shift + Right Click on mouse and keyboard) while facing the waterfall to push through the water and into the tunnel. Inside, follow the passage to find the treasure chest containing the cloak.
Throughout Pywel, many waterfalls conceal hidden caves behind their curtain of water. These secret locations are known as Waterside Caves. Players can discover them by completing large environmental puzzles, which reward a key item that reveals the locations of hidden places, usually waterfall caves around the map. A small stone cairn placed near the base of a waterfall is the telltale sign that a cave exists behind it.
To enter a waterfall cave, use the Stab technique (RB + Y on controller, or Shift + Right Click on mouse and keyboard) while facing the waterfall. Walking directly into the waterfall without using Stab will knock Kliff backward and deal damage. Once inside, loot the treasure chest to collect the cave's unique equipment reward.
Echoing Tunnel is slightly separated from the other three Dark Ringleader set caves in Duskwood. The full collection route for all four pieces is:

The Ice Resistance Lv. 3 on this cloak is the highest single-piece ice resistance bonus in the Dark Ringleader's set. Equip it before facing ice-element enemies.
Plan a dedicated trip to Echoing Tunnel since it is not along the same river as the other three Dark Ringleader caves in Duskwood.
Waterside Cave loot does not respawn. Each cave can only be looted once per playthrough.
