Desperate Rescue is a Combat Challenge in Crimson Desert. It is a Battle-type challenge focusing on support gameplay by requiring you to use Healing Force Palm to restore allies' health during combat. The challenge description reads: "The touch of light shall restore Health through several rituals."

Pick up the Sealed Abyss Artifact (Desperate Rescue) from a stone memorial with rocks along the main path in the Mountain of Frozen Souls. Reed Devil minions populate this area.
During any combat encounter where allies are present, use the Healing Force Palm ability to restore their health. Each successful heal counts toward the three required uses. The heals do not need to be in a single fight; progress carries across encounters.
Make sure the Healing Force Palm skill is unlocked in your Skill Tree before attempting this challenge.
Allies must actually be damaged for the heal to count. Wait until allies take some hits before healing them.
Faction quests and group combat encounters provide opportunities to heal companions.
