Unlike the Legendary Delesyian horse pieces, the stirrups do not require the Delesyian Crown contribution unlock; maxed reputation alone is enough. Players grinding reputation for the Four-Leaf Horseshoes, Delesyian Saddle, and Delesyian Champron should pick these stirrups up on the same shopping trip, since they are tied for the highest Health-regen figure among non-Legendary stirrups and cost a small fraction of the Legendary pieces.
