Crossroads is a main quest in Crimson Desert and the second mission of Chapter 11: Truth and Reality, part of the Brave New World sub-chapter. With his initial reconnaissance of Delesyia complete, Kliff faces a critical decision point. The information gathered from the contact in The City of Steel reveals that multiple threads of the conspiracy converge in this region. The quest presents Kliff with diverging leads that must be investigated to uncover the truth.

At the safehouse, Kliff reviews documents and maps pointing to three separate leads. Each lead involves traveling to a different part of Delesyia, speaking with NPCs, and collecting evidence. The three investigations can be done in any order.
The Merchant Quarter lead involves questioning a suspicious trader. The Clockwork District archives contain sealed records that must be accessed. The city outskirts lead takes you to a warehouse where a brief combat encounter with guards occurs. After gathering all three pieces of evidence, return to the safehouse where Kliff connects the dots and identifies Strange Manor as the next target.
The warehouse at the outskirts is the only lead with combat. Save it for last if you want to handle the peaceful investigations first.
Pay attention to the NPC dialogue during each investigation. The story details here become important in the final chapter.
The Clockwork District archives require you to pick a lock. If your lockpicking skill is low, bring lockpicks.
