The Vessel of Dark Pursuit is a two-handed sword obtained by defeating the Antumbra's Sword boss in the Sanctum of Absolution. The Sanctum is located southwest of Hernand City, directly south of Scholastone Institute. There is an Abyss Nexus fast travel point nearby for convenient access.
Equip the Vessel of Dark Pursuit as your primary weapon and use it for all regular combat encounters.
Enemy camps and bandit hideouts provide steady supplies of enemies to work toward the 100 kill count.
The challenge tracks total kills over time, so there is no time limit. Simply use the weapon regularly.
