Closed Tests and Public Demos
September 13, 2026 at 10:08 PM
Create the Closed Tests and Public Demos page: the two Mainland closed tests, the two public playable showings, and the planned open test recorded as a plan rather than a schedule.
Bringer has been played by people outside the studio on four occasions: two closed tests run in Mainland China, and two public events where a demo build was made playable. None of these was a launch, none was paid, and none of them produced an official disclosure of mechanical detail. This page records what each one actually was.
Test | Recruitment opened | Test ran | Form |
|---|---|---|---|
EP01 | 17 October 2025 | Not separately stated | 技术性保密测试, a technical confidential test |
EP02 | 6 August 2026, 11:00 | From 28 August 2026 | 限量删档不付费测试, a limited test with progress wiped and no payment taken. 测试平台:PC端, PC only |
Both tests were Mainland Chinese and both were closed. The 删档 designation on EP02 means participant progress was deleted at the end by design, so nothing carried out of it. The 不付费 designation means no money changed hands, which matters because a paid test in Mainland China would require a publishing licence the game does not have. See Release and Platforms.
The studio has published no results, no patch notes, no build contents and no participant numbers for either test. No test or beta of any kind has been announced outside Mainland China as of 13 September 2026.
Two public events have had a playable build on the show floor.
July 2026, a Chinese games expo. The game was exhibited with a playable demo on site. This was its domestic playable debut. Specific dates for this appearance circulate widely but are not attested by any primary source that could be verified, so only the month is stated here.
26 to 30 August 2026, a games event in Cologne, Germany. An early hands on demo, described by the studio as the first time the game would be playable. This was its international playable debut.
There is a discrepancy worth flagging between those two entries. The studio's announcement material, written for an international audience, described the August showing in Germany as the first time the game would be playable. The Chinese expo demo in July 2026 preceded it. The most reasonable reading is that the studio meant the first playable showing outside China, but the copy as written does not say that, so both facts are recorded here rather than reconciled silently.
No official mechanical detail has been published from either demo. What is known about how the game plays comes from announcement copy, not from demo coverage. See Combat.
The Mainland storefront listing carries pre registration, with roughly two hundred and thirty thousand registrations recorded as of 13 September 2026. Pre registration is an interest signal and a notification list, not a purchase, and no pre order of any kind exists for any region.
A large scale public test, 大规模公开测试 in simplified Chinese, has been described as expected in the second half of 2026. This is a stated plan rather than a scheduled commitment: no date, no platform list and no registration process has been given for it, and as of 13 September 2026 nothing further has been announced. It should not be presented as scheduled, and it should not be confused with a launch. See Announcement History for where these events sit in the wider timeline.
