Revision 1

The Russet Highlands Warrior story is encountered during Ancient Sacred Fragrance. Follow the Playful Helmut and Romping Helmut to Sorora, then continue the Helmut and Helgon investigation.

This quest provides the Sword of Bravery, which opens Pawney's evolution route from Helmut. It also leads to the Infergon encounter and the Flame Flower and Flame Flower Root needed by the fragrance stories.

The sword is in a stone at the arena. Follow The Legend of Helmuts and Helgons objectives until the arena step becomes available before trying to remove it.

This is distinct from Warrior: Beast Fang Ridge, whose main evolution unlock is Inferlupa. Journey Quests lists the other regional stories.

Detailed route

1. Meet Sorora after following Playful Helmut and Romping Helmut. Find Weeping Helmut, then speak to Hiding Helmut.

2. Climb to the summit and examine the tracks beside the exhausted Helmut. Twine with Helmut to break Dragonclaw Stone.

3. Pull the Sword of Bravery. The Helmut being used for this sequence becomes Pawney.

4. Defeat the level 50 Infergon and collect both the Flame Flower and Flame Flower Root, then report to Sorora.

The Flame Flower continues Ancient Sacred Fragrance. Keep the Flame Flower Root for A Fragrant Journey: Russet Highlands; the two named quest ingredients are separate rewards.
