The NCCA (Nova City Crime Agency) is the law enforcement agency in Nova City. Richie, one of the playable characters, works for the NCCA while also being attached to the A.C.D. task force.

Naming note

One official gameplay trailer post uses the acronym "NCAA" in a list of organizations. A later official post uses "NCCA" and expands it as "Nova City Crime Agency." This wiki uses NCCA as the canonical form.

In gameplay

Through the identity system, playing as Richie lets you do NCCA police work: patrols, suspect searches, breathalyzer tests, arrests, and responding to calls. See the crime system page for how law enforcement interacts with the player's own criminal activity.
