Added the agency's official subtitle, the LSA abbreviation and its three published service portals
The Lingjing Supervisory Agency is Chongxiao's authority for both Lingjing phenomena and Chaos incidents. It was named on August 25, 2026 when ANANTA published official location pages for the second city, and it is the only Chongxiao institution described in any detail so far.
The published description gives the agency four distinct functions.

The combination is unusual. Two of the four functions are supernatural-response work, and two are civil-service work. That makes the agency a bureaucracy rather than a strike team, which distinguishes it sharply from the organisations the wiki already covers in Nova City.
The agency has a page of its own on the game's website, written as the institution's public service portal. It gives the agency a full official subtitle, Chongxiao City Atypical Talent and Chaos Affairs Handling Platform, and states its services as atypical talent recognition certificates, training and development, Lingjing survey certification, and Chaos-response assistance. The page also establishes LSA as the agency's abbreviation, which the in-fiction city feed uses as well.

The page presents itself as a live civic dashboard, reporting the site as operational, twenty-eight events today, and a fastest certification time of fifteen minutes, alongside progress checking and an emergency-help channel. Its own "popular right now" list is atypical talent certification, Chaos anomaly assistance, and Lingjing survey certification, in that order. A post on the in-fiction city feed jokes about a lion at the LSA entrance checking tickets, which is the only physical detail published about the building.
None of the dashboard figures should be read as gameplay numbers. They are in-world set dressing on a promotional page, and no material connects the certification process to a system the player uses.

The agency's examination function is the most suggestive detail. "Atypical talent" is the closest Chongxiao equivalent to the way Espers are described in Nova City, and an agency that formally tests and certifies such people implies Chongxiao handles the supernatural through licensing rather than through a dedicated task force.
The agency sits in Mingpu District, described as historic and standing alongside cutting-edge technology firms. The word used for it in the district description is the same one used for the district's overall old-meets-new theme, which places the agency on the old side of that divide.
Whether the agency employs the player, issues missions, or is an obstacle.

Any named agency personnel. Yinglong announces herself as a director, but the body she directs is not stated to be this agency.
