Cat Express is an underground faction in Nova City. It is listed as one of the organizations the player can take missions from in official gameplay trailer copy.

Taffy's dual affiliation

Taffy maintains connections to both Cat Express and the official A.C.D.. The Yeet Squad's rapid-deployment tactics leverage Cat Express's underground networks for speed-based operations.

What we don't know yet

• What Cat Express does (delivery, smuggling, intelligence)

• Named members or leadership beyond Taffy's affiliation
