The A.C.D. (Anti-Chaos Directorate) is the organization the player works for in ANANTA. It is Nova City's special enforcement unit responsible for investigating and combating Chaos-related supernatural anomalies. The player character, the Captain, leads its task force.
The story setup
When the Captain arrives in Nova City, the A.C.D. task force has been disbanded. The main story involves rebuilding it from scratch, starting with Taffy as the first recruit and gradually adding more characters through story progression and exploration.
ACTF (Anti-Chaos Task Force)
The ACTF is the task force's field unit. It handles rapid-response operations against Chaos threats. The Yeet Squad, led by Taffy, is a sub-unit within the ACTF. The team operates with minimal bureaucracy, emphasizing personality-driven dynamics over formal rank structures.
