Crossbow

Created Crossbow class article covering Bogha Solas, the seven Combat Arts, and Cabbage's gift moment
The Crossbow is one of the four ranged Divine weapon classes in Alabaster Dawn. The current build ships a single crossbow, Bogha Solas.
Bogha Solas is a ranged weapon dealing Piercing damage. Its small, fast projectiles fly in a straight line, the most direct ranged option in Juno's loadout.
Bogha Solas is acquired very early on, in Koro Valley - Median Divide. Cabbage gives it to Juno so she can reach a set of high switches that block forward progress.
The basic crossbow attack is a small, fast bolt that travels in a straight line until it hits something. Compared to a chakram, the trajectory is more predictable and the stagger window is shorter, so it pairs well with a melee follow-up.
Seven Combat Arts unlock through Bogha Solas's Growth Chart at 1 Growth Point each.
Combat Art | Effect |
|---|---|
Hunter's Spike | Charged shot. A piercing beam of light that hits every enemy in its path. |
Sly Trapper | Counter Attack. After a successful parry, fires six homing piercing arrows that converge on the parried target. Strong against crowds. |
Twin Fangs | Auto Shot. Quickly fires two arrows at a target. Can also trigger on destructibles and switches. |
Seeker Pack | Charged Auto Shot. Fires a volley of five homing piercing arrows. Effective for building break. |
Rushing Tusk | Auto Combo. Pressed after Twin Fangs, fires a single high-damage piercing arrow with strong break damage. |
Diving Swarm | Hold variant after Twin Fangs. Fires four arrows into the sky that rain down on the last target hit. Useful against directional shields. |
Cover Arc | Backstep Attack. Hold after a Back Step to jump backwards while firing up to four arrows at targets. Extends Back Step distance and keeps Juno safe at range. |
Minor Gem Slot: one node for 1 GP. Currently inactive because no minor weapon gems can be obtained.
Perfect Charge: damage multiplier 25% on Hunter's Spike when timed at the end of the charge. Does not affect the charged Auto Shot Combat Arts. Successful timing produces dark shadow effects on the projectile and Juno.
Diving Swarm needs the Twin Fangs hit to land first; if Twin Fangs misses, the rain of arrows will not target the same enemy. The game treats this as protection against using the chain on unreachable switches.
Sly Trapper rewards committed parries against crowd-control packs. Save it for swarms of Spheras or paired Vespas, where the homing arrows finish multiple targets in one combo.
