This page collects the released media for Xenoblade Genesis. As of the June 9, 2026 reveal, the only footage is a single trailer; more is expected as the game approaches its 2027 release.
The reveal trailer is titled "Xenoblade Genesis - Nintendo Direct 6.9.2026" and was uploaded by the official Nintendo of America channel. It debuted during the Nintendo Direct on June 9, 2026. This is the only footage released so far.
The following details come from the reveal trailer and coverage of it. They are early glimpses rather than fully detailed reveals, so treat them as impressions that may be expanded or clarified later:
A high-fantasy world, described in coverage as the annular (ring-shaped) land of Anshar, lit by the light of six suns. See Setting and World.
The special power called Anima, which flows through the world.
Warriors called Vesselai who can wield Anima, and the academy Leukos where they train.
The reported protagonist, Eleanor, on a journey to become a Vesselai.
A Crystone set into a sword, the crystal said to amplify a wielder's power over Anima.
