Witchbrook College

Witchbrook College is the magical academy at the heart of Witchbrook. It sits on the edge of Mossport, has centuries of history, and is where the player character spends the bulk of every school day.

Architecture

Chucklefish has described the College as a sprawling collection of classrooms and campus buildings built across many years, with styles reflecting the era they were added. The main buildings, including the Library, the Observatory, and the Quad, are built of bright sandstone in a style explicitly inspired by Cambridge University, adorned with statues, ornate pilasters, stained glass windows, and conical metal roofs.

Classes

• Alchemy: brewing remedies, salves, and eventually full potions. See Alchemy.

• Divination: tarot reading and celestial communication. See Divination.

• Arcane Arts: rituals and demons, unlocked through exams. See Arcane Arts.

Academic Year

Classes are structured around an academic year broken into semesters, with regular exams. Students have to pass early exams to unlock more advanced curriculum like Arcane Arts. The academic year runs through the four seasons in Mossport, each with its own events and atmosphere.
