1919 Crafting the Trophy Dodo takes a Dodo Head, which is not a guaranteed drop from every bird. The head comes from the Azure Dodo variant specifically, so you cannot farm it from the common Coastal Dodo alone. The trophy blueprint itself unlocks through the bird-hunting challenge that asks you to take down a set number of Azure Dodos, after which the recipe appears in your build menu.
