11Privateer's Doublet is the Rare chest piece of the Privateer's Regalia set in Windrose. The piece is tied to the People of Tortuga Provisioner. The plan unlocks at specific Reputation ranks with that faction; the Coat and Pants plans open at Rank 2 and the remaining pieces at higher ranks. Once the plan is unlocked, the piece is crafted at the Armor and Clothing Workshop like every other Rare armor piece.
