Both widen the recipe list shown on the base table, and the Cabinet specifically opens the Diamond-keyed tier of the Rings upgrade chain, the recipes that produce the strongest Major ring variants. 1919 Rings in Windrose come in Minor, Regular, and Major grades, and the highest grade of several lines is gated behind a Diamond reagent. Snapping the Cabinet into the Jewelery Table footprint reveals those Diamond recipes on the table's own craft list. Without the Cabinet placed, the Diamond rows stay hidden even if you are holding the Diamond and the other reagents. The base Jewelery Table still handles the Minor and Regular tiers on its own; the Cabinet only adds the top rows.
