He is the questgiver for the faction's introductory Buccaneers chain and the follow-up Glorious Hunters side quest. He is the older brother of Marcel Boucher, whose death at the hands of pirates sets the Glorious Hunters storyline in motion.

1717 During Glorious Hunters, the player recovers the Broken Musket and pages from Marcel Boucher's diary across three abandoned camps in the Coastal Jungle. The first camp holds the Broken Musket and the first diary page, both required to advance. Each camp stores its quest item in a Buccaneers' Chest, so clear the guards and search the chest at every site. Returning to Henri and handing over the evidence confirms that Marcel and his entire hunting party were killed. Henri then tasks the player with avenging his brother by sinking three pirate ships at sea, tracked on the minimap.
