Because the buff is Max HP only (no secondary stat), Dodo Broth is effectively eclipsed once Bacon and Eggs (+5 Vitality, Uncommon) is reachable: Bacon and Eggs also uses a Dodo Egg, which is farmed from the same Dodo nest routes as Bird Meat, and the +5 Vitality buff adds significantly more effective HP than Dodo Broth's base Max HP bump. Keep Dodo Broth in rotation only when you have spare Bird Meat but no eggs.
