Decoration: Residence Flagpoles is a Recipe Paper plan. Reading it once permanently teaches seven decorative flagpole blueprints, one for each banner colour. The plan is consumed when read, so a single copy unlocks the whole set for that character, after which the flagpoles can be built repeatedly from the build menu.

The flagpoles are slender, ornamental pieces meant to dress up palaces, residences, and ceremonial squares. They are purely cosmetic placeable decorations and let a base fly a chosen colour without affecting combat or comfort.
