Damaged Clay Tablet is one of the smaller ruin loot pieces in Windrose, a fragment of an inscribed Senkamati clay tablet recovered from ancient sites. Items in this category are dug out of buried ruins, scavenged from collapsed temples, and looted from crumbling sarcophagi, then sold on to fences in faction towns. They have no in-game crafting use and are valued only as a source of Guinea income.

Where to Find

Spawns inside ruined Points of Interest in the Coastal Jungle, the Foothills, and the Cursed Swamps. Look inside Ancient Ruins for crumbling stone alcoves, broken sarcophagi, and altar tables; the model glows faintly when it is ready to be picked up. Tablet fragments share their spawn pools with the other ruin antiquities, so a single ruin sweep usually turns up several different pieces at once.

How to Sell

Sold to the Smugglers of Port Royal Provisioner or any other faction Provisioner for Guinea. The Smugglers tend to pay the highest prices for ruin antiquities, since the rest of the factions consider the trade legally questionable. Stockpiling several before a single sale run minimises sail time, and because the fragment stacks to 10 you can carry a full batch without clogging your hold.

Lore

The fragment is explicitly named as a Senkamati tablet in its description, tying it to the same lost civilisation behind the Plague Marks creatures and the carved murals scattered through the ruins. As a broken piece its inscription is only partly legible, so it carries flavour value rather than a complete passage of readable lore. Collectors who want intact text should look for the Well-Preserved Clay Tablet instead.
