3940 Devastating cannons excel in long slugging matches. The Raked debuff multiplies incoming damage on the target for 25 seconds and stacks up to three times, so repeated broadsides against the same hull compound into a much steeper damage curve than raw DPS would suggest. The Epic tier adds a flat 15% reload-speed bonus, which keeps the Raked stacks from expiring between volleys.
