11 24-Pounders: Tempered is a 24-pound ship cannon, a Rare-rarity modded variant that requires a Plans paper to unlock the recipe. Forged and handled with restraint, these guns are meant to be fired with deliberation, not haste. Brig and Frigate hulls support 24-pound cannons in their main battery, with some Blackbeard variants able to mount them on hulls that normally cap at lower caliber.
