Set out and kept in proper order, these guns cycle cleanly once engaged, answering shot with shot as their motion settles into rhythm. Brig and Frigate hulls support 24-pound cannons in their main battery, with some Blackbeard variants able to mount them on hulls that normally cap at lower caliber.
