Added the Hidden Isles and Avalon geography, the Spirit Tree portal, and Cromlech respawn points from the playtest build; updated the named-locations note
11Beyond the walls of the fiefdom lies the island of Avalon, described as a land full of dangers and opportunities. Players explore it to gather resources and to root out the dark forces plaguing the realm, carving a path through its varied regions as a Twilight Knight.223344Regions5566Avalon is built from handcrafted environments rather than a single uniform map. Players make their way through ruins, forests, the former bastions of the Knights of the Round Table, and complex handcrafted dungeons, each region offering its own challenges, quests, enemies, and unique resources to collect. That variety means different regions ask for different preparation and reward different builds.778+The Hidden Isles9+10+The playtest build fills in some of that geography. A knight makes their home on the Hidden Isles, the island that holds the fiefdom, and travels to Avalon through a teleportation portal set near the island's Spirit Tree. Avalon has a Spirit Tree of its own, and beside it stands a Cromlech, a stone marker that serves as a respawn and teleportation point. A knight who falls in battle returns to a nearby Cromlech rather than being sent all the way home, which keeps the journey back to the fight short.11+812Bosses9131014The regions of Avalon hold legendary bosses, each fought across several intense combat phases as part of the quest to end the corruption for good. Overcoming them is a high point of exploration, and victory yields key resources and items that flow back into crafting and the growth of the fiefdom before the player heads out again toward even greater dangers.11151216Returning Home13171418Each expedition feeds back into the home base. Players head out from a small keep, gather resources and treasures, then carry them back to grow the fiefdom before setting off again toward greater dangers.151916-No specific regions, locations, or bosses have been named ahead of launch. What the developers have described so far is the kind of place players will visit (ruins, forests, former Round Table bastions, and handcrafted dungeons) rather than a named map.20+The playtest has started to put names to the map. The Hidden Isles, the Spirit Tree, and the Cromlech waypoints are all named in the build, though the wider regions of Avalon are still described by type, such as ruins, forests, former Round Table bastions, and handcrafted dungeons, rather than as a finished named map. No legendary boss or specific corrupted knight has been named yet.
