Ga-young is one of the playable Divers in VOID DIVER: Escape from the Abyss. She is the melee-focused operative, and she sits alongside the ranged Diver Raven on the roster available to players. Where Raven is built around firearms, Ga-young closes the distance and fights up close.

Playstyle

Ga-young's combat is centered on melee, making her a front-line option in the city ruins. Her kit is not strictly limited to close range, though. According to coverage, her talisman-throwing skill can become a basic attack, which lets her flex toward ranged play when the situation calls for it. That flexibility gives her a way to deal with threats she might otherwise have to approach directly.

Her place in the roster makes the contrast in Combat styles clear: a melee Diver and a ranged Diver give players two very different ways to approach a run, and that difference carries through into how each one is built.

Building Ga-young
