Delia fights with a bastard sword — an oversized greatsword that she swings in wide arcs with surprising speed. She's described in-game as "a strong-willed princess who carves her own destiny with every strike." Despite wielding one of the largest weapons in the game, her attack speed sits between Lann's rapid twin swords and Karok's ponderous battle pillar.
She was revealed alongside Karok in April 2025 and was first playable during the June 2025 alpha test.
Delia's wide swing arcs make her strong at controlling groups of enemies. Each attack covers a generous area in front of her, knocking smaller enemies back and keeping crowds at a manageable distance. Against single targets, she can charge her blows to enhance their power, trading speed for damage.
Her defensive mechanic is Eclipse — a timed guard that deflects incoming attacks. A precisely timed Eclipse triggers Noble Retribution, a follow-up counter that deals heavy damage. The timing window is tighter than Fiona's shield guard, but the payoff is higher.
Delia has a unique resource called Vigor that sets her apart from the other characters. Vigor is consumed by certain abilities like Whispering Rose. High Vigor also provides a passive HP bonus, making Delia tankier when her resource bar is full. The management loop is interesting — using Vigor abilities gives you combat advantages but lowers your effective health pool. Holding onto Vigor keeps you safe but limits your offensive options.
Fearless Slash: A fast overhead strike for punishing short openings.
Bloom Waltz: A sweeping combination attack that covers a wide area.
White Rose: A skill tied to her Vigor resource, offering enhanced damage output.
Blue Rose Crush: A devastating finishing move with high single-target damage.
She also has Orbital Flurry, Meteor Impact (activated while sprinting), and Whispering Rose among her extended moveset.
Delia occupies a middle ground between the extremes of the other characters. She's faster than Karok, tougher than Lann, and has wider coverage than Fiona. The Vigor system adds a layer of resource management that the other characters don't have to think about, which makes her more complex to play optimally.
Players who enjoy timing-based combat with an extra resource to juggle will find Delia rewarding. Her parry-into-Noble Retribution combo hits hard enough to be worth the tighter timing, and her group control makes her effective in areas with dense enemy packs.
Delia's parry window is narrower than Fiona's guard window, which means more missed counters for players still learning boss patterns. Her Vigor system also punishes button-mashing — burning through Vigor without thinking leaves you both resource-starved and lower on effective health. She demands a certain amount of planning that the other characters don't.
