The July 3, 2025 test made rebuilding the Haven part of quests with Milloween and other NPCs, using gathered materials. Most NPCs had to be found and freed during missions.

Kira | Kira was introduced as a nurse in the June 6, 2025 preview, which placed Kira in the Outpost and announced an upcoming infirmary. In the December 4, 2025 playable test, Kira was described as a doctor who allowed players to craft bandages. |
Silverhook Sam | Silverhook Sam is an NPC whose updated September 12, 2025 appearance depicts a pirate with a parrot. In the July 22, 2026 technical test, Sam moved and introduced the expanded storage system through early quests. |
