The Vaultbreakers Demo is a free Windows demo released on October 8, 2026. Everyone can download it on Steam. It supports solo play or co-op with up to two other players.

The demo questline leads to the first Vault and ends in a boss fight to break it open.
Progress carryover
Ordinary demo progress carries into the announced October 2026 Alpha Test. It does not carry into the full release. Legacy Points are the exception: they carry over after launch and unlock rewards. Demo progress may reset before the full game launches.
PvPvE test
The Alpha Test is scheduled for October 15, 2026 at 10:00 CEST through October 21 at 23:59 CEST. The three heroes excluded from the demo are announced for that test.
